YourJobFit is an AI-powered Career Operating System built for tech professionals in Africa. It benchmarks your CV against 50,000+ verified global profiles, generates a Global Standard Match Score (0–100%), identifies the exact skills holding you below the international hiring threshold, and uses Top-Tier AI model to rewrite your CV and cover letter specifically for target job listings to beat ATS systems.

What is the Global Standard Match Score?

The Global Standard Match Score is a precise percentage that YourJobFit assigns to your professional profile after benchmarking it against thousands of verified candidates for your specific target role worldwide. A score of 85%+ is considered globally competitive. The score is accompanied by a breakdown of exactly how your profile reads to ATS systems and where it falls short.

Why are African tech professionals rejected by ATS systems despite being qualified?

ATS systems at global remote companies are calibrated to Western CV structures, keyword distributions, and role-specific terminology conventions. A qualified senior engineer in Nigeria or Kenya may be filtered out before any human reviews their CV — not because of skill deficiency, but because the formatting, keyword placement, and competency language in their CV do not match what the ATS is trained to rank. YourJobFit identifies and corrects this algorithmic disadvantage.

How does Application Autopilot work?

Application Autopilot uses Top-Tier AI model to rewrite your CV and generate a tailored cover letter specifically for a target job listing. The AI restructures your CV to match the ATS keyword requirements of the role, adjusts competency language to international conventions, and generates a contextually appropriate cover letter — all in under 30 seconds. Each Autopilot application costs 30 Career Credits.

What are Career Credits and how much do they cost?

Career Credits are YourJobFit's in-platform currency for AI features. New users receive 20 free credits on sign-up. A CV assessment costs 20 credits. An Autopilot application costs 30 credits. Credits are purchased in packages: Starter (100 CR), Professional (250 CR), Growth (600 CR), or Premium (1,500 CR). Payments are accepted via Paystack, Flutterwave, M-Pesa, and Stripe — in local currencies including NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR, USD, and GBP.

Which countries does YourJobFit serve?

YourJobFit is currently available in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and other sub-Saharan African markets. The platform is accessible globally, with payment infrastructure optimized for African payment rails. The platform targets professionals seeking remote positions at companies paying in USD or GBP.

Is YourJobFit a job board?

No. YourJobFit is not a job board and does not host job listings. It is a career operating system that optimizes your profile and application materials for existing job opportunities on platforms like LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday. YourJobFit focuses on closing the gap between where you are and where global hiring systems need you to be.
